Replacement Policy

Layout Gloves were created to address the constant ripping issues experienced in Ultimate gloves.  Our grip is the toughest grip available in Ultimate!

If you have any rips or tears in your gloves within 90 days of purchase (from regular use), please send us an image along with your proof of purchase and we will send you out a replacement. Standard wear and tear is expected with all sport products and not covered under the warranty. 

Mystery Gloves are not covered in the replacement policy.

Our Grip

Our gloves provide a high level of grip not yet seen in the sport of Ultimate. The synthetic leather was chosen for its durability and performance. The grip helps add rotation and spin to your throws and may take a few throws to adjust to the feel of the gloves.

Glove Maintenance

Hand wash gloves with mild soap. Hang to air dry.

Shipping Policy

Canada: Shipping takes 1-2 weeks ($5.99 flat rate)

US: Shipping takes 1-2 weeks  ($5.99 flat rate)

International: Shipping takes 2-5 weeks  (Based on Weight)

Layout Ultimate fulfills orders based on the shipping address provided at checkout when the order is placed. If an address is entered by error that results in a non-delivery, the items will need to be ordered again to be delivered to the correct address. Layout Ultimate will not reship packages when incorrect addresses have been provided. 

Customs and Duties

Customs and duties fees may apply depending on the destination country. It is possible to incur duties and customs fees when receiving our glove from outside of Canada.

There are no duties or customs fees on orders from Canada.

Refund Policy

Layout Ultimate offers a 14 day refund policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team and ship the item back to our location. Once received and inspected, a refund will be provided if warranted. Item must be in unused, unopened condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

All hand sizes are different. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the gloves in original packaging and condition and we can send out a replacement size.

Jerseys are made-to-order and returns are not possible. 

Sale Items

Unfortunately, there are no returns for sale items. If you have a sizing issue, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. All discount codes are disabled during sales (unless specific to sale). 

Return Shipping

At this time, all return shipping costs must be incurred by the customer returning the item (unless item arrives damaged).
